Windowed to Full Screen switch error

I'm running my second monitor (a TV) at 720 X 480 and experiencing this problem.

I am experiencing this running on my primary monitor at 1360x768

I'm getting this problem on my primary monitor, XP SP2 + fixes, 1024x768. Clicking maximise works ok, BUT the problem with that is when this is set up on just the TV, with no keyboard/mouse, it won't work so well!

And here's the solution. Move the window up to top left (0,0). Then when you alt+enter it leaves that as the top left, voila!

That doesn't quite work with a second monitor setup.

My workaround for the past year has been just to exit GBPVR and restart it in fullscreen.

Not very elegant, but at least it gets the job done.
