Comskip cutting out parts of scenes from Lost

Hey,
I'm having this problem where comskip is marking cutpoints in the middle of a scene on Lost. It's very strange. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and could shed some light on how to fix it.

I was having a similar problem with ER. Erik over at his comskip forum helped me out. He is very very helpful, and even made a new version based upon my problem. I d/l it changed just TWO params from the default ini

1. cut_on_ar_change=1 (Default = 0)
2. logo_threshold=0.50 (Default = 0.75)

Perfect ad breaks.

Can't guarantee it will work for you, but try it on your saved episode (just drag and drop the mpg onto comskip.exe and it will redo the comskip files). If that doesn't work, try erik's forum, but you will need to supply him with details as he posted in a sticky thread.
