I've been using zap2xml successfully since zap2it died.
Just tried to update (manually run zap2xml) as I usually do, and only get a 1k xml file, with this in it from IE:

The system cannot locate the resource specified. Error processing resource 'xmltv.dtd'. Error processing resource 'file://...

<!DOCTYPE tv SYSTEM "xmltv.dtd">

This from notepad, same file: <tv source-info-url="http://tvlistings.zap2it.com/" source-info-name="zap2it.com" generator-info-name="zap2xml" generator-info-url="zap2xml@gmail.com">
</tv>

I've tried setting up the MSN_XMLTV_scraper_V.62.exe, and it seems to get the info fine, but gbpvr won't actually update. I've emptied and reloaded the info, updated the epg with the right click on the taskbar icon and nothing works.

any ideas please?

Are using the latest Zap2xml program (updated 29 May 2008) which handles the new changes to the zap2it website?

That did it, thanks Smile Why is there no notice anywhere about these things? We're just supposed to guess when they change something?

Okay, so where can one download the newest version from? It's bad enough that I have to go searching for answers -- now I'm searching for a download location (can't find it on the wiki page).

Found the download location . . . now I'm getting an error when I run my batch file.

Not fun.
