Weather plug in as video overlay

I tried to use the Weather plug in as a video overlay on top of a recording but just got a big red cross, it works fine as a normal plug in.

I'm trying to use this with ContourHC under 98.8, is there something obvious that i'm missing?

It requires support in the skin to work as a video plug-in. ContourHC probably does not include this. Have you tried using the blue skin first to see if that works?

Indeed. I had made some changes but just went back for another look and noticed that I'd missed loads.
