This seems to be happening quite frequently and I am not sure if it is a problem with the my music plugin or GBPVR. (I can't test the default music plugin due to a recording in progress.)
Here is an excerpt from the gbpvr.exe log file. It's everything that occurred right up to the point of the crash.
