yes lots of UK based users will have descriptions like that, I guess that they have always been there but I dont think you saw them until sub changed to the sql database a couple of releases ago

I fixed that for the next release. Will probably put out a new one tomorrow.

Will be adding to the \_CommonImages image set:

Splash.jpg (For spash screen)
Logo.png (So this can be turned off in the skin plugin.)
LogoSmall.png (Same as above)

Bug report:

Latest build (from post #80) does not have a vol.png in the OSD directory, causing GBPVR's volume OSD to not show volume changes.

Fatman_do, question for you? As you know I'll be releasing another skin theme, but to make things play nice, what's your file structure so my next skin theme could work with the CS? If it can't work, then it will be a solo type again....

Files are placed in a folder under the skin root directory called _CommonImages (Like how you use "Images").

Here is a sample of that folder with image names used by the Community Skin.

A description of those images and what they are used for is here.

(If you want to create your own skin still, follow that same Folder/Naming convention and the SkinPlugin would allow users to swap out those images as well.)

The XMLTV descriptions here in the UK can be huge. It would be fantastic if this can be acommodated - I never really mentioned it before. The radio times reviewers really get carried away sometimes

If only they knew what problems they cause!! - this along with discrepancies in the titles (ie. you miss Law and Order cos they decide to list it as Law & Order! or the rouge characters they sometimes stuff in which stop the epg updating altogether! Grrrrrrrrrr)

An idea came to me for another skin theme and if anyone is handy with photoshop (or other image software) and would like to help the Community Skin effort, here is a request.

I am looking for task images.

The basis of the theme is similar to the I-Pod sillouette advertisements for task images, like this:

Ideally, the task images would be 300x300 pixels (they may be downsized, but starting with larger images helps) with transparent backgrounds instead of the colors.
