nice style... ish, personally I have a great dislike for ipods, not as pieces of technology, but as peices of pop culture... I will stop myself from posting an ipod rant, suffice it to say I hate people, and I like apple their marketing is good.

as for the show descriptions... there really is only so much text that can be shown on a SD TV, HD is where its at.

speaking of HD, how does the community skin do sassari? does it use sassari's skin files? and actually use a HD resolution, or just appear like sassari in the standard 720x480?

It uses the images by permission from Dottore, in a 720x480 format. For us hapless S.O.B's with budgets that don't support HD tv's

The 720x480 size is due to quite a few plugins don't support other resolutions, as you have found out.

the nice thing about the program is that if the plugin doesnt support the different resolution the program supports changes in resolution, so a 720x480 plugin can be called from the 1280x720 menu. helps since I have sassari and I like the theater plugin

Mostly bug fixes and theme tweaking. Chugging away towards 2.0....about half way there.

FYI 2.0 is mostly internal skining methods that provide more flexibility that will be transparent to the user. This will also give better support for larger font themes, there still will probably be some more word-wrap issues that crop up, so let me know about them. Those skins will need dedicated HiVis xmls.

Can I make a request to have the OSD tv guide have an option to make it smaller. I know more information is better, but I prefer to use overlay and large OSD blanks out my screen.

Copy over the TV Guide live-skin.xml from blue until there is a workaround. I think it shows less.

I fixed that for the next release. Will probably put out a new one tomorrow.

Will be adding to the \_CommonImages image set:

Splash.jpg (For spash screen)
Logo.png (So this can be turned off in the skin plugin.)
LogoSmall.png (Same as above)

These seem to missing in the main menu folder if you use the contour theme with the latest version

fatman_do, I started using community skin at home, and have included it in my package for musiclibrary2 and recordings2 (if you don't mind).

But I did notice that the coloured buttons on musiclibrary2 are out of order with the hauppauge remote (which is what it was based on)
