Help with adding Net Radio stations

I am trying to add a stream from here:
http://www.kut.org/togo/listen
there are several pls files, and when I add them to my Net Radio Directory, I don't get anything showing in my favorites.
does anyone know if there are different types of pls?
any solutions?
