What is the default recording Settings?

Hi Guys
I have used GB-PVR for a Loooong time and would like to go back to the default settings when recording but I cant remember what they are: High: Medium: Low: Could somebody help me out?  Cheers Casperse

These are the settings I have
High - 5500 - 9000 - 224 - 48Khz Medium - 3500 - 7200 - 224 - 48khz Low - 2500 - 4200 - 224 - 48khz

I guess DVD-specification could be anywhere up to 9000 kbps.
