I have loved using GBPVR for several months now.

I have had a problem with it scaling my video down. When playing video clips I have noticed significant scaling happening to some of the HDTV encodes I have. These files are XVID encoded for 720p (960x544). GBPVR's video player scales this file thinner which skews the aspect ratio. Is there a way to fix this, or is this a known issue that future versions will fix?

I found my answer (hit F7 until I get the AR I want), but what is the way to map this to my Hauppauge remote? I assume I can map it to any Hauppauge remote button by editing the ini, but what is the string that I use?

um the same string as all the other buttons that use function buttons, and I say this because without looking at the file I forget if it uses brackets or parenthesis. you can map it to sub/cc or text, those arent really used. or whatever else you want to map it to.

and btw, those files are not encoded for 720p because 720p would have 720 lines of vertical definition, not 544

If you have your screen shape setting set correctly for you tv, and have GB-PVR using the 'auto' aspect ratio, then it should be correct.
