I think that PVR250 is the best analog card ever made.
It has a Philips Video Encoder chip that gives better, sharper picture quality than the PVR150 and PVR500, that uses Conexant Video Encoder Chip.
Hauppauge lowered the price on the cards with $10 when they started to use the Conexant chip. I guess the Philips chip was to expensive.
