Can't watch live TV

I get "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when I try to watch live TV, either through the "Live TV" option or through the Guide.

Also, when I click "Play" to play back a recorded show, nothing happens - it just goes back to the Menu. When I browse to the folder where my recorded shows are, they all show up as 0K in length.

I think these are the right ones.

Looks like you've got a PVR250/350 but have configured your capture source for a PVR150. Check the card type in your capture source settings.
