The bullseye looking ones are "Record" and the dotted ones along bottom are for sub-titles.

Looking at the OSD folder, it seemed like there were only about 13 images needed in total to cover everything.

To be honest with you, I have never watched a single episode. I lifted the background image from a web site looking for a screen shot of a television show. The image is a static background. (Notice the attempt at humor in the description?)

What else can be done to dress up the OSD?

Plain old analog cable.

Would it be possible to get someway of selecting what panels to display
from the skin plugin interface, each time I upgrade the the skin I have to go in and edit the main menu to turn off / on the panels I want. I usually use the contour skin if it makes any difference.

<SpecialElement name="Panel" panelName="Clock" visible="true" transparency="1" loc="230,78" size="430,68" />
<!--<SpecialElement name="Panel" panelName="NextRecording" visible="true" transparency="1" loc="230,150" size="430,75" />-->
<SpecialElement name="Panel" panelName="VAPanel" visible="true" transparency="1" loc="232,232" size="430,160" />
<!--<SpecialElement name="Panel" panelName="News" visible="true" transparency="1" loc="232,313" size="435,40" />-->
<SpecialElement name="Panel" panelName="MusicPanel" visible="false" transparency="1" loc="230,265" size="400,100" />
<SpecialElement name="Panel" panelName="CheckEmail" visible="true" transparency="0.8" loc="510,5" size="300,100" />
<SpecialElement name="Panel" panelName="MLPanel2" visible="false" transparency="1" loc="230,265" size="514,210"/>

thanks

If you go back a few posts to the last 'MegaDownload' link and download the latest beta you can press green to access the panels menu.

Text size for musiclibrary2 is a bit bit when using contour theme

I'm not sure about other people but I'd prefer that text was truncated rather than wrapped round onto another line.

in the screen show whats currently playing the detail box of the current track doesn't quite lineup with the box showing the queued tracks.

please see the attached images for examples

thanks

I'll fix that for the next release. The word wrap is not intentional. I will need to make a HiVIs version of this plugin to eliminate it.
