Hi,

I just discovered GBPVR and I think it is a great piece of software. Unfortunately, it does not support my TV card. I was wondering if there are plans to support TV cards with WDM drivers at some point in the future. If so, I sure will stay tuned and anxiousely wait for that day.

That's a bit vague.

All the cards GB-PVR supports (Hauppauge PVR250, PVR350 etc) have WDM drivers. The capabilities of WDM drivers can vary widely. GB-PVR is designed work with cards that have WDM drivers, and an onboard hardware MPEG2 encoder.

Would that include DVB-{C|S|T} cards which output MPEG2 files directly?

No, but DVB support will arrive sometime in the near future.

Hi,

My TV card is a MM100PC TV - but I have installed the WDM drivers for it - is there any chance of making it work. These WDM drivers are the pretty universal ones that will work with most things! (see http://btwincap.sourceforge.net/)

Thanks

No sorry, GB-PVR requires a onboard hardware MPEG2 encoder.
