crashes when watching pending recording

so when i go into recordings and watch a rocrdign that hasn't finished but is still recording, if i move the mouse it crashes. If i click play and don't move the mouse the recording plays back just fine. This didn't happen in the previous version i had (i updated to 98.13 from 97.xx)
Oh and it pops up telling me object reference not set
