Hauppauge remote question

When I want to add a new app for it to work with, do I enter the executable name? Also, what happens when I run an external application through the plug-ins, and GBPVR is suspended in the background - can I use the remote for the application currently running?

I am trying to integrate Virtual Music Jukebox and be able to use the remote to control it.

On the otherhand, does anyone know of a Music add-in that works like a pub jukebox??

the executable name to add is as it appears in windows task manager or on the task bar. irremote.ini affects the current focused window, so yes if GBPVR is in the background your launched program should receive remote commands.
not sure what you're after pub jukebox wise - do you want to put money in it to listen to you're tracks???
have a look at music library2 on the wiki if you just need an good integrated music player/manager.

Thanx - no, I just wanted an Internet pub style PC based music player - thought it would be great for parties, etc.

Our local just has itunes on shuffle, in which case ML2 does pretty much the same thing.....

I've just loaded ML2 couple days ago - haven't had time to really play with it to see it's capabilities.
