Can't pause live TV

Hey all new member here! I can't seem to pause live TV, keeps saying
error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I'm not really sure. I've had a good look at the logs, and while I can see the error, the cause isnt obvious.

One thing that did seem strange is that it seemed to be trying to use two audio decoders, when it should only be using one:

09:34:44.671 VERBOSE - InterVideo NonCSS Video Decoder for Hauppauge
09:34:44.671 VERBOSE - MPEG-2 Demultiplexer
09:34:44.671 VERBOSE - Encoder
09:34:44.671 VERBOSE - Capture
09:34:44.671 VERBOSE - Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II Crossbar
09:34:44.671 VERBOSE - TV Audio
09:34:44.671 VERBOSE - TV Tuner

Because of this, it'd be worth playing around with the audio/video decoder selection on the playback tab of the config app.

Changed to default decoder and still no luck! any other ideas?:confused:

No, not really. Now that you've changed the decoders, can you post the logs again to see if I see anything different?

Are you using mouse/keyboard/remote to pause?

I'm using my mouse!
And tried pausing with remote still no luck!! I don't know what gives. screen goes blank then gives original error.
