Changes the name to Basic skin on the wiki.

The Basic skin and upcoming Themes will be Blue skin compatible and also replace the Advisor skin and Themes.

I don't have that much time for skinning, but every now and the something will pop up.

Updated theme to 7 menubuttons and smaller logo.
Baseskin.xml should now be compatible with Blue skin, so plugin skins for Blue should work fine.

I will no longer maintain the Advisor skin. Advisor Themes will be converted to this theme.
What Themes or plugins would you like to see for this skin?

About the name X-Theme ...can you come up with a better suggestion?
Perhaps Theme-X skin?

Added a frame around the task picture.

I will add plugin skin when I have skinned them.
The Xrecord series plugins have resizing problems if main menu has a different resolution than the sub menus.
I use 1024x768 resolution for main menu to get the best shapness of fonts and details....in most themes.

It is German language, that sometimes has really long words.
I would say up to 30-50% longer words...than English.
I will start testing the skins with German, so buttons will be wide enough.
