Update ThemesManager plugin on Wiki

Updated skin on the Wiki. BlueMCE2 Theme applied this time.
Fixes in Common Dialogs, ThemesManager, Xrecord, Xsearch and YouTube

About Basic Skin
This is the best skin I ever have made. It's like integrating the Blue, MCE2 and Advisor skin into one skin.
The Basic Skin has replaced earlier BaseSkin, Advisor skins and versions. Those skins and themes has been removed from the wiki.
Basic skin uses Blue skins _CoreImage naming standard. The plugin skins should be Blue compatible. All Themes are now beeing converted to _CoreImages naming. There are more than 50 different Themes that can be downloaded and applied to the Basic Skin.

Hi MixMan!

I am a big fan of the new basic skin. I always liked mayhem and this is even better. I do have a few issues though:

1.) Music Library 2 does not show up in the main library when that plugin is used. It does for any other skin.

2.)Recordings: the episode name should be a smaller font and more to the left. It is currently to the right of the screen and is being cut off.

Otherwise this is my day to day skin from now on. Keep up the good work.

I moved it to the converterd section, But I haven't updated the screenshot yet. But the theme file conatains the new TeVideo composition.
