Comskip 50fps HD bug solved

I solved a rather stupid bug in comskip which caused comskip to fail on 50fps HD recordings.
Download build 67 if you want to test the new version.
P4 3GHz 1GB, 250GB, nVidia dualTV, GBPVR 1.3.11, XP
