Is there an easy way to produce a 8 channels tv guide? I am looking into to "Community\tv guide" but I am not sure: is the live-skin for the mini-guide in live tv and the other one is the regular one? Can I just change the numbers in that one and reload gbpvr to see the changes? Thnx

Edit: Sorry for the laziness attack, I just did it on my own for the usual tv guide. Could you include it in the next release? Wink

Ok, I'll make an 8 channel guide.

I don't know how difficult this would be, but is there any way that once you have tweaked a theme to how you like it, you could name it, save it, and reload it? I've had to redo it twice in the past after either upgrading or breaking stuff.

I'd try and do it in Explorer, but I'm not sure which files/ directories I need to save.

Incidentally, I have changed and added some task image photos to the Mayhem theme that I use - caller id, calendar, stuff like that. If anyone wants them I can look at posting them.

One thing is, when the installer asks to overwrite an existing theme, choose no. It will update all xml's except the baseskin.xml and main menu/panels.

Go ahead and post your images and if more people like them, I will change the set.

To save your own theme takes some work. Let's say you have a custom version of Mayhem3. Browse to the \Skin\SkinPlugin\Themes folder and make a copy of Mayhem3.xml and Mayhem3.jpg

Lets call it MyTheme.xml and MyTheme.jpg

Edit the MyTheme.xml file with the file names of the images you are using instead.

Now that Theme will always be available. The installer no longer deletes anything from the skinplugin folder.

The theme xml file simply tells the Skinplugin to "Grab this file, that file, ect..".

Also, you can replace the task images in the SkinPlugin\Taskimages\Mayhem3 folder to be the ones you want to use instead.
