timer recording

I am brand new to gbpvr. I need to record a program using the timer. I need to set it up to start a couple hours after I leave my house. How do I set up the timer function?

Use the 'Manual Rec' button in the Recording screen. You can tell it what channel to record, and what time to start/stop the recording.

thanks for you help. I should have started by asking how to set up this program. I know nothing about this program. Is there a help area or some kind of tutorial? I have to start from scratch here. Where do I start?
