upgraded to 9905 not working

when i was looking at it this am it was working i could go back and forth from recordings to live tv
then it stopped

This happens with the Intervideo decoder. I'm not sure why.

if i have the black screen (no audio) and i press pause on my remote
the video and audio will start working

the onscreen button are not seen with the black screen

going back to 9516 during the install i get this error

internal error 2753 config.exe


Then a error message that says

"the install ended prematurally"
