I am using the "Don't record duplicates(zap2it)" option on the Misc tab in the gbpvr config. I can't seem to make it work. I record the same episode an unlimited number of times. I thought previously that it was because I had remove the mpg but it does it even when the previously mpg is still in the folder. Is there a way for it to work even if i delete a episode? I am guessing a database of items that it has recorded anytime in the past. I that would be the best option for me but if I can get it to stop recording the same episode even on the same day that would be excellent.

Thanks for any help.

The "Don't record duplicates" feature works by stopping new recordings being scheduled for episode you already have in the 'ready' or 'pending' lists in your recording screen. If you do have one listed in those screens, but its still scheduling new ones, zip and attach the logs and a description of what show etc.
