Volume for music

I've + and - mapped to my remote but don't seem to work to control volume but for video. I saw Sub mention that it only works on the main menu, it doesn't work there either.

Also, when playing music, visualization comes on nicely, but then the screensaver kicks in and trumps the visualization--anyway possible to turn off screensaver when there is music?

Are you using the default screen saver? The default screen saver just tells the visualizations to go fullscreen when the screen saver kicks in.

yeah, using the default screensaver (with the cute little logo comes in and out). The visualization goes full screen but then the screensaver kicks in and the visualization goes bye bye

I'm not really sure, but I'll take a look to see if I can see any reason.
