2 tuner question w/remote

I think I almost have it!

Question:
I have (2) 150 turners. One is connected via Svideo from a STB and the other is a straight COAX from a splitter.

When I go and define what type of channel changer under GBPVR config do i denfine both channel changers the same?
As of right now i have it setup for .exe channel changer for the STB, and for the COAX connection, I have the MCE2005 IR BLASTER.
Is this correct or should the both be set to .exe channel changer?
