LOL - your not the only one hiding from Green Peace! I've got 7 servers with 4 dev workstations for me and then there's the TV server and my wife's PC.... so as my wife puts it 'your office is Nasa's backup site....'

Enjoy! Perhaps not one of Michael Keaton's best films but it made me laugh in a few places.

Cheers,

If you want a really quiet rig with lots of power, overclock an e6400 to 3Ghz and top it with a fanless Ninja heatsink. It is very, very fast. I have one in my P180B box that is very quiet with a seasonic PS. It has been super stable and never gets about 45c on the processor.

But... I admit, it is my desktop machine, not for the PVR. I just can't justify all of that for my PVR box. But when I retire it to PVR patures, in a couple of years, it already has a fanless HD-capable video card in it, so by then who knows the state of GB-PVR and the media world....

P.S.
I was/am a huge AMD fan, but Intel finally got it right with this one.

Hey Sub, I have the Benq FP202W 20.1in widescreen monitor and I love it, especially considering the price. I also have had experience with Dell 24in widescreens and those are very nice as well. Just thought I'd chime in and let you know there is a least one happy owner of the Benq LCD monitors.

Cheers. I've been following a big thread on hardocp about this specific monitor I've been looking. I might wait another month or two before pulling the trigger though.

LOL. we must be happy to only have a mild winter. if you believe in that butterfly effect thing (yeah, that butterfly flapping its wings in nippon causing a hurricane in the US&A) we could also have had a major flood, you would end up 50 meters under water & i would be some 100 km nearer to the beach Wink
