Glad you like it. Nit-pic as much as you like. I haven't run this yet on my HD set. May take some time since it is not in same level of my house as my HTPC. (I know that may sound odd, but it is not now my main viewing set)

Hey Fatman_do, after moving through the new avance screen I noticed some oddities. The menus along the left of the screen are small are spaced out too much in some of the menus. For example the Music Library, Video Library, Photo Library and Weather. I have attached a screenshot.
I have not removed the original Community Theme. Not sure if that would make a difference.

Did you apply the WS-Avance theme? That looks like it is using the 4:3 baseskin.xml file.

ReInstall the skin (because some of the 16:9 xmls are overwritten) and use the skinplugin to select "WS-xxxxx" themes.

I will add in the next release a fix that will restore those 16:9 xml's any time a Widescreen theme is selected.

Hey Fatman_do,
Just noticed that the Preview box on the Main menu (the one that shows live tv ) is off center towards the right of the screen.

One more (you're gonna be sick of me haha)
When watching live tv, if you press the guide button the guide comes up nice.
But when you click on a show the dialog that pops up asking if you want to either Close, Quick Rec, Record or Watch the show is HUGE and takes up almost the whole screen.

Will look into that one. Since I dont' have a capture card in my laptop, the OSD stuff is a trick sometimes.

The "Live TV Guide popup" is driven by the HD tvguide xml files and not the low-resolution live-guide xml file needed by the OSD. It is a bug that shows up in any skin that scales up the regular tv guide xml file. To get around it, I moved the popup to the upper left corner and made it smaller. It is a compromise for now.

Does this new release relocate the position of the video inset window . ie. post #16?
