Is there an advantage to saving logo files from comskip and then specifying which logo to use the next time a program is recorded from that channel, and if so what is the command or switch to call a specific logo?

There is no real advantage except some time saved.
The switch is --logo==filename
P4 3GHz 1GB, 250GB, nVidia dualTV, GBPVR 1.3.11, XP
