Transcoding not working in Vista

I've installed GBPVR onto Vista Home Premium 32bit. Everything is OK apart from full screen, but the main thing is transcoding isn't working. I'm dual booting at the minute with XP which transcodes no problem. Both are set up identically.
Any ideas?

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

I've done some recordings tonight, i'll check in the morning to make sure it's not making a liar out of me and send the logs.

Had a look at the logs. It was because it couldn't find a multiplexer. Installed the ATI AVIVO encoder and everything is working fine.
I've only just started using GBPVR, but now i know to look at the log files before i post any questions.

Now if i can sort out the full screen issue, it'll be perfect.
