Install/startup Error

Hi I have just installed gbpvr on a fresh reimage of a window 2000 box. It has dotnet 2.0 & MDAC 2.6 but both config.exe and gbpvr fail to start

I think some Win2K users have also needed to update the version of WMP they have installed.
