Adding channels manually – where to get details?

thanks for your help. Adding the string in the .cache file worked. Now I can watch both missing channels!

Although am still trying getting streaming to work (http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=24468&page=2) GBPVR is an amazing tool, thanks for sharing it!

I have a few channels that the Hauppauge program can pick up, but GBPVR misses. How would I add a US ATSC channel? I believe that they are 38.1, 38.2 and 20.1. Is there anyway to force it to tune a channel and then check?

You'd need to do what is described earlier in this thread. You'd need to have the audio/video pids, service id etc. The only difference for ATSC is the first "T:" section which would be T:<physicalchannel>,<majorchannel>,<minorchannel>

What should I be searching for to find these other third party programs. My tuner is not supported by TSReader. I searched for several hours now. No success.

I'm sorry, but this isnt really the sort of thing I cant help you with. I dont personally run any of these other apps, so I'm not the best person to provide advice.

I dont know. I've never seen a HVR1600 or the software Hauppauge provide for it.

It's the same WinTV2000 for their other cards.
