Channel won't change - although it says it does

I'm setting up a new system with two ATI Theater 550s. If only one card is set up, live tv works. If two cards are set up, the channel becomes "stuck". I can click through the channels and it says it's changing channels, but it doesn't. Also, there is no audio when both cards are configured. Has anyone seen this before?

I'm using v0.99.12. Please note attached logs.

There is a setting in config.xml that needs to be changed with dual 550s. Unfortunately I dont have access to my normal machine to check for you at the moment. Its something about encoder detection method needing to be set to 0 or 1 (instead of the default 2)

I saw this in another post and I had set it to both 0 and 1, but not before I configured the second card.. I'll play around with it some more tonight and post what I figure out.

Has anyone every made this work? I've scoured the forums and only found similar problems. I haven't found anyone that's made it work.

If you try to do two recordings, then zip and attach your GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log, then I'll take a look.

Have <AutoDetectEncoderMethod>0</AutoDetectEncoderMethod> in config.xml when you do this.

This is all I've found so far. No success. Anyway, I'm still at work. Let me get home and p/o my girlfriend by screwing with the computer for several hours.

I know they're there somewhere. Unfortunately you cant do a forum search for long terms like <AutoDetectEncoderMethod>.

So I played around a bit, to no avail. Here are my logs with <AutoDetectEncoderMethod> set to 0. I'm stumped.

Can you zip and attach your GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log aswell?
