I can't get E4 on GBPVR. I can recieve it on WinTV and ScanChannelsBDA tells me I'm getting 80% signal strength but I when i scan in GB-PVR I can't find it. I can get all the other channels broadcast on that MUX (Mux 2) but no E4.

Any Ideas why?

When you scan for channels thru the config app is E4 in the list? Check its 'enabled'.

No E4 isn't found when i scan I config. I've run several scans to make sure and it still isn't showing up. I've also noticed ABC1 isn't showing up which is no loss but again other software can receive it (Media Centre, WinTV and ScanChannelBDA all pick it up fine). Interestingly ABC1 is broadcast on MuxA so that's channels from within two different Mux which can't be received when all other channels can.

Try once setting your location to "all" (or something like that). It could be that the frequency that ABC and E4 is transmitting on is malconfigured for your location. (GBPVR comes with preconfigured frequencies, and if they changed it since someone provided the frequency to sub, then it won't work anymore). Scanning will take a lot longer, but will scan for all frequencies.

Hum... sorry... didn't catch this part first... this makes me wonder if I'm correct.

Thank for the idea stefan, it was worth a go. However 57 scanned multiplexed later, an still no E4 or ABC1. I've havn't check yet but other channels might be missing as well, not that I watch them. These two definitly don't show in GBPVR though. Any more ideas?

Do a scan for your region (not All Regions) then zip and attach your Config.exe.log and Config.exe-native.log. If I can't see anything then sub might be able to.

Cheers,
Brian

Edit the capture source.

Press the BDA Advanced Settings button.

Select "Ignore PMT CRC error during scan".

Rescan and E4 will be found.

Good Luck
