why can't i delete some folders in vista (start menu)

I installed primo pdf in my vista computer. i want to get rid of icon in start menu but i don't have permission to do it. i'm logged in as admin.

I read in a comp. magazine that logging in as a user with admin rights is not the same as logging in as Administrator. The first has less rights.:confused:

Delete what's in the folders first, then delete the folders.
