Bug or user error?
HDHomeRun loaded on XP x32, GBPVR scans channels in config.
HDHR loaded on XP x64, GBPVR does not.
Ran the BDA installer.
Verified that HDHR manager can access device, change channels, display via VideoLAN.

Thanks for the assistance

You've told GB-PVR the BDA filter name is "Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 10101E4C-0", but no filter with this name is found in your machine. I'd guess you've either got the device ID wrong, or drivers are not installed correctly.

VideoLAN does not use the BDA drivers, so does not confirm the drivers are installed correctly.

Perplexing! The HDHR Manager states that the BDA drivers are installed.

There is absolutely no filter called "Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 10101E4C-0" though, so either you've got this name wrong or these drivers arent installed correctly.

It may be the x64 drivers... the x32 seem to be working correctly.
later---
uninstalled x64 hdhr, and installed x32... bda found.
