forgive me if this has already been covered but i got the software to download no prob but now installing is a very different thing. the software will start to install then flag errors if you hit ignore it will go on till done then you go to open the software and it errors and will not open. is there a install manuel anywere or does anyone have some addvice? thanks

the normal problem is .net. If I were you I'd install .net 1.1, .net 2.0 and all the service packs. (this will normally take two sessions of running windows update). I also have gotten in the habit of installing .net 3.0 for good measure.
