Hmmm ... well, as I noted above, you shouldn't actually need to set up the frequency any more (my system doesn't even have this key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\TV System Services\TVAutoTune\
any more). Sub describes this in THIS post
i.e. For analog devices, there usually aren'tany frequency settings stored anywhere. Instead GB-PVR does everything using channel numbers, and Microsoft takes care of the frequencies behind the scenes in Directshow.
However you could try to add it manually as described in that same post as a TEST i.e.
EITHER
(a) "you can enter a frequency in the capture source channel list instead of a channel number. For example, if you wanted a channel at 108MHz you would enter 108000000."
OR (b) Define this in the REGISTRY
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\TV System Services\TVAutoTune\TSXX-Y
where XX = Country Code (e.g. 0 for US, 44 for UK and Y=0 for Broadcast and 1 for Cable). (852 for Hong Kong).
Note that as per THIS post sub does not agree with Channel overrides as per (b).

For the frequencies themselves, refer the above refeences in Chinese or English OR (I removed the Spreadsheet from this post) but it is also copied here: http://www.tvxb.com/country/Hong%20Kong/...g-V1.0.zip
I had a problem with the orig. lifeveiw program causing a crash, but unless you are getting that you should at least see SOMETHING, and you need the mux, so suggest you leave it in.
