After moving and copying a couple my recording files, I ran the mpegimport utility to import the recording files that had got lost from the database when gbpvr spotted them missing.
A lot more files were imported than I expected.
I seem to be getting odd orphaned MPG files left around after cancelling recordings that are in progress.
Attached is recordingservices log file of one that happened today. Starts recording a minute before 15:00 (02:59 in the log) and is cancelled shortly after as it was a repeat. It's gone from pending and new, but the mpg file is still on disk. I don't know, but I have a vague feeling that this has only happened on dvb-t recordings and not from the pvr150.
