Hi,

I'm in the process of creating that is just for capturing with hdhomerun.
Here the basic computer
CPU P4 1.8
MEMORY 512K
HD 160MB
OS XP/SP2

I've installed gb-pvr and installed the hdhomerun as instructed in silicondust forum. Used the qam mapper. I'm able to view qam channels via vlc & gb-pvr (of course it's jerky). But I'm now attempting to record (.ts), and it always records 0 bytes.
I've also check wiki and the sticky about dba mux'er and i do see 1 listed. I know it must be something i missed.
Can somebody point me in the right directions?

Thanks,
sub

Have you selected the 'TS Mux' option on the misc tab of the config app?

Reproduce the problem and I'll take a look.

Yes, I've set the option ts mux. I've uploaded my config file & recording log file. Thanks for your help.

Sub,

I had to add the following 3 pgms to my firewall:
GBPVRRecordingService.exe
GBPVR.exe
Config.exe

and now it's recording. Thanks

Yup. Good looking out. I'll update the instructions on the Silicondust forum.

Edit: Looks like I already did. I had it as step 1 Smile
