I've been using GBPVR for only a couple of days now, but I'm really happy with how everything's been working. I'm using a MediaMVP served by my PIV 3.4 computer. I do have one small problem though: when I try to start netradio, I get an error message that says something about a key that can't be null. I'm assuming that it's not really netradio that's messed up, but some part of the configuration of the on-screen buttons (i.e. the netradio button is not pointing to the right place). Here is what gbpvr.exe says as a log at the time I press the button:
[b Wrote:Quote[/b] ]1/19/2005 4:34:10 PM.156 VERBOSE [51] MVP data read: 1

1/19/2005 4:34:10 PM.218 VERBOSE [51] MVP sending frame

If anyone has any ideas about how I can fix this, I would greatly appreciate it.

BTW, one more thing to ask. I've been converting my DVDs to MPEG2 files by ripping them into their video and audio files, converting the audio file to mp2 audio with HeadAC3he (since the MPV will not do AC3), and remuxing them with Xmuxer. I'm doing this so I can play them on my MVP. This seems to work very well (after I figured out the audio offset), but I have one problem. Because most DVDs are anamorphic 16:9, when I play the original mpeg video on my tv it is stretched. I can set my tv to fix this stretching, but that throws everything else off. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a relatively simple program that I can use to change the aspect ratio of my mpegs from anamorphic 16:9 to letterbox 16:9. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Does noone on this forum have any idea what is wrong with my installation? Even if someone has had an experience with the null key idea, I'd like to know about it because I may be able to find what is wrong in one of the configuration files. Thanks.

Does the error occur as soon as you click on the Net Radio button? What skin are you using?

Yes, it happens as soon as I press the Netradio button. It happens with every skin I've tried... (although, that's not too many so far). It happened first on Blue though, which I figured should work since it's the default skin. Thanks so much for your help.

Any chance that if I reinstall GBPVR the problem will be fixed? I mean, I don't have that much to reconfigure, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. BTW, I've figured out a solution to the mpeg2 question. DVDx seems to be working very well at convering VOB files to mpeg2, and letterboxing (from anamorphic) at the same time.

Have you tried to add any pls files into the netradio directory?

When it first starts the netradio plugin, it reads all the pls files. It looks like one of your pls files doesnt have the required "title" field.

Fantastic! I didn't even think of it. I had saved a few .pls files to the directory, and apparently one of them was corrupt or something. I deleted all of the ones I downloaded, and now netradio works. Thanks so much for your help.
