No audio or video on 1 of 2 PVR150's

I have 2 PVR150's installed and I just recently reinstalled my OS (XP Pro). However, now only one of the 150's will pick up any audio or video... If I check the status of the cards it shows that it is playing Live TV , but I get no display. If I change the other card to the primary everything plays just fine. Any ideas?
