It seems Titan TV is the direction this is heading. Has anyone had any real success with it yet?

The tricky thing with this approach is if Titan closes the door on the XML feeds.......

That said.....I have an extract routine done and am now starting to format the XMLTv file.........

I figured that most people would be going the Titan route, so I decided to work on converting the MCE epg to xmltv format as a backup. Also, it could help to minimize some of the traffic going to the TitanTV site.

I guess if I can find out the path of using TitanTV with GBPVR then I should be set because I am using a Hauppauge PVR150 which means I have a UUID around here somewhere Smile

I now have the XMLTv file generating without issue and GBPVR is able to import.

Next I have to work in a config file and clean-up the code......

Good work. Are you writing it in C# by any chance?

Maybe my memory but your solution is for Vista and MCE only right ?

Yes somewhere... if you don't run the TitanTV Remote Scheduler and it will ask you to register which will get you a UUID.

Oh and one note... use your real infomation... why be one of the bad apples that ruins this source.

I have a working utility......just need to clean up the code and hook it to a config for people to enter their UUID and Provider Number (cable system operator and location indicator).

The design will also support advanced info via EWA for the Titan users.....such as HD indicator, Repeat Indicator and Cast Information.
