Forum upload size

I have been trying to upload a 1.2 mb zipped file for the xmltv project troubleshooting. It trys to upload then gives me an error "The GB-PVR Forums database has encountered a problem" I uploaded a small jpeg and it worked but not the 1.2 zipped. It looks like you can upload 9mb files but it wont let me. How big can I upload?

I'm aware that it only to allows about a megabyte (not sure of exact number), but given the size of my forum backups I've been happy to leave it at that. Sorry, you might have use something like megaupload or one of the other free file hosting services for these big files.

Isn't there a quota for how much you can upload over time ?
Maybe you've uploaded close to your quota over time.
