video records but no audio with ATI 650

Any ideas where the Ligos MPEG Audio Decoder is at? I searched the hard drives and can not find it. I do have hidden files showing and still didn't find
it. I checked the logs on all 3 computers that I'm having this problem with and it is installed on all of them.

Sorry, I dont know where it would be installed. I've never had it on any of my machine.
