Does anyone know the differences between WinTV-HVR 1600 MCE Bundle and Win TV-HVR-1600 PCI Hybrid Video Recorder. Which one is better?

MCE comes with MCE remote and FM, but might not have any version w/ QAM support? (latter is a guess).
