Checking for latest version

The way I was checking for a new version, was clicking on download and reading the version on the dialog box (currently 23.13) and comparing to 'changes.txt' (latest entry is for 23.11). So I thought I was usng 23.11, and downloaded the current, installed it. But changes.txt hasn't changed! I was using 23.13 all along!

How do I find what version I have installed?

The version number is shown in the config app.
