2 channel sources but one tuner

I have 2 channel sources.

1. Cable
2. Only one constant channel from satellite. (Yes, I'm using Dish Network for just one foreign channel)

Can I feed the constant channel on svideo input and the cable connection to the tuner input?

Will this setup work or do I still need 2 tuner for this?
