Is there an option to change the quality that live TV is displayed in? I couldn't find anything in the config but I just wanted to make sure

With analog capture devices you can adjust the bitrate for the live tv profile in your capture source settings (or in direct.ini file), but generally the default settings are pretty good, and most people find any quality problems lay with the decoder they're using, or video card.

Well I have tons of decoders apparently installed on my computer:
I am using the WinTV PVR2 USB2 card. On the playback tab, under the video decoders menu, I have these decoders: http://smurf.sourcefields.com/jpg/decoders.jpg Which one would be the best?

wow what a lot of decoders!
there isn't a 100% right answer as to which one is best. people get different results depending on their system (programme source, cpu, graphics card, type of TV etc). If I was you, I would spend an hour testing them out on your system and check for image sharpness, fast moving scenes, panning left to right and lip sync.
