[1.08] Previous channel broken

I'm getting a error with .NET when I try to run this file.

You may have needed to install the other patches from the survival guide, in order posted, for this patch to work.

Ah I see the cause, it's the 'second monitor' patch thats caused it, I had StartOnSecondMonitor set to true in the config.xml from the previous version and my second monitor is not enabled at the moment.

Well, this did fix it on the PC, but I still have the previous channel problem on the MVP. I tried an older dongle and a newer one with the same results. Ctrl-W does work on the PC. Odd.
